I am a Casting AP working for Ricochet, a company which makes the award-winning BBC TV programme The Repair Shop. This highly popular show features a team of skilled craftspeople who restore items that their owners fear may be beyond saving.
I was hoping that you would be able to spread the word among your community, people who work in your organisation or anyone who might see your comms that we are looking to find items and people to take part. We are particularly interested in hearing stories from a Roma, Gypsy and/or Traveller background.
I have attached a flyer for you to put up in a communal space and/or to put out digitally through your comms.

Ideally, we’re hoping to confirm people taking part in the programme in the next few weeks, so we’re looking to spread the word as soon as possible.
